Free and deeply subsidized technology support for low-income older adults in Boulder County — because cost should never be a barrier to staying connected.
The Mission
LevelUp Senior Tech Bridge is a Boulder County nonprofit with one purpose: making sure that every older adult — regardless of income — has access to the technology education and support they need to live a fuller, safer, more connected life.
We believe that digital inclusion is not a luxury. It's how people access healthcare, stay in touch with family, manage their finances, and stay safe from scams. When older adults are left behind by technology, the consequences are real and serious.
LevelUp exists to close that gap — one patient, in-home visit at a time.
How the Donation Model Works
LevelUp is funded primarily through NukaTek's 10% donation pledge — meaning every paying NukaTek client directly helps fund free support for a neighbor who couldn't otherwise afford it.
NukaTek earns revenue
When a client books a paid in-home visit through NukaTek, 10% of that revenue is automatically donated to LevelUp Senior Tech Bridge.
LevelUp funds free visits
Those donations fund free and subsidized visits for low-income older adults who apply for support through LevelUp's intake process.
The same technicians, the same care
LevelUp clients receive the exact same quality of service as NukaTek clients — the same trained technicians, the same patient approach, the same commitment to education.
The community lifts itself
As NukaTek grows, LevelUp's capacity grows with it. Every new NukaTek client expands the circle of people we can help for free.
Who Qualifies for Free Support
LevelUp serves older adults in Boulder County who meet income eligibility guidelines. We use a simple, dignified intake process — no lengthy paperwork, no judgment.
- Adults 60 years of age or older
- Residing in Boulder County, Colorado
- Household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
- In need of technology education or support

How to Get Involved
Refer a neighbor
Know an older adult in Boulder County who could use free tech support? Send them our way. A simple phone call or email is all it takes to start the process.
Book a NukaTek visit
Every paid NukaTek visit funds free LevelUp support. When you hire us, you're also helping a neighbor. It's that simple.
Volunteer your time
We're always looking for patient, tech-savvy volunteers to help with in-home visits, phone support, and community outreach. No formal tech background required — just patience and kindness.
Donate directly
Want to give beyond the 10% model? Direct donations to LevelUp go entirely toward funding free visits and expanding our reach across Boulder County.

100% of financial donations go toward operational costs — not salaries. LevelUp is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your donation is tax deductible.

Financial Donation

Donate Your Time
Volunteer opportunities include in-person and remote IT support, phone support, grant writing, social media, and appointment scheduling. Reach out to explore where your strengths fit.
Donate Equipment
LevelUp accepts new and used devices for older adults who can't afford updated hardware. All donated items are reset to factory settings before passing them along.

Qualified charitable contributions up to $500 can be subtracted from your Colorado state income. Donations are also federally tax deductible.
