Everything We Help With

Real support, in your home, at your pace. Every visit is an education — we don't just fix the problem, we make sure you understand it.

We Come to You

Every service we offer is delivered in-home, in Boulder County. No driving to a store, no waiting on hold, no confusing instructions to follow on your own. Just a friendly, knowledgeable technician sitting beside you, walking you through everything step by step.

Our goal isn't just to fix the problem in front of us — it's to leave you feeling more capable and confident every single time we visit.

ℹ️

One thing we don't cover: networking computers together (peer-to-peer or local network setup between devices). Everything else router and modem related — Wi-Fi connections, router settings, modem troubleshooting — is fair game.

Accessing Emergency Services

Your smartphone can call for help with your voice alone — even when the screen is locked. We make sure that feature is turned on, tested, and something you feel completely comfortable using.

  • Verify Siri and Google Assistant are activated and configured for emergency use
  • Test voice-activated emergency calls with the screen locked
  • Walk through emergency call options on both iPhone and Android
  • Review and demonstrate as many times as needed until you feel safe and confident
